  • Excavation/site prep, February 2019
  • Structural/geopiers, March 2019
  • Building shell complete, July 2019
  • Interior build-out & equipment installation, July-November 2019
  • Final walk-through with general contractor, November 2019
  • Soft opening, December 2019
  • Grand opening, January 2020
