Join us for lunch and dinner, available to stay or to go. Our co-op kitchen has a mouth-watering variety of fresh, healthy and delicious foods to choose from. From hearty soups and fresh salads to ready-to-eat entrees and scrumptious desserts, every recipe begins with a chef who is passionate about sharing a love of food with you and your family. You don’t have to be a member to shop – our doors are wide open to everyone. You’ll find the neighborhood’s gathering place for delicious, made-from-scratch prepared foods at the co-op.

All categories include options for gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and other dietary restrictions.

Deli hours:

  • Salad bar and soup bar: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Burrito bar: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Hot bar hours: 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  1. I loves me some kale, but when I see “braised greens” in a Southern American menu, I expect them to be collards! OTOH I’m not the best example of a Southern American since I don’t eat mammals and therefore no pig in my collard greens. So you’ll have to make a special batch just for me. Ha! Or … replace “braised greens” with okra!

    • Thank you for the suggestion. Yes, we used to post a variety of items that could be (but are not always) included in each culinary theme. We stopped doing that because the menu items change so often, even throughout the day, so we didn’t want shoppers to come in expecting a specific item and find that it’s not on the hot bar at that time. We will always follow the posted culinary theme of the week though!

  3. The menu items with the cleanest ingredients (whole food), are the brightest shining choices of the Hot Bar, representing the healthy lifestyle goals of the Co-op and myself 😀.

    Ps, Would love to see Brussels Sprouts offered in the Hot Bar…
