Line Cook
The Co-op is looking for candidates with proven line cook experience to support the timely preparation of food for our hot bar and other production kitchen programs. This position is a 30-hour a week position (three 10-hour shifts) and benefits eligible.

As a Line Cook at the Co-op, you will:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Demonstrate workplace and kitchen safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting as a line cook
- Strong food handling and kitchen skills, including knife proficiency
- Background in food service and meal preparation
