Make more Brussel sprouts!!!! My favorite
Oh those meatballs!
The Burrito Bowl is my favorite! Soooo delicious and thank you for the jackfruit!
I loves me some kale, but when I see “braised greens” in a Southern American menu, I expect them to be collards! OTOH I’m not the best example of a Southern American since I don’t eat mammals and therefore no pig in my collard greens. So you’ll have to make a special batch just for me. Ha! Or … replace “braised greens” with okra!
The Bulgogi is so delicious! I’m looking forward to it coming back again1
Thank you for including more plant based options. Always lovely
It might be good to have the food blog pop up under the Hot Bar Schedule on this page?

Thank you for the suggestion. Yes, we used to post a variety of items that could be (but are not always) included in each culinary theme. We stopped doing that because the menu items change so often, even throughout the day, so we didn’t want shoppers to come in expecting a specific item and find that it’s not on the hot bar at that time. We will always follow the posted culinary theme of the week though!
The feta macaroni with spinach salad is amazing!
Turkey bacon wraps are the best! Can’t remember the cheese they used 🤔
The menu items with the cleanest ingredients (whole food), are the brightest shining choices of the Hot Bar, representing the healthy lifestyle goals of the Co-op and myself 😀.
Ps, Would love to see Brussels Sprouts offered in the Hot Bar…
