Your co-op is proud to carry pork from Low Tide Farms, a local, women-owned business! Kathleen Russell and Brenda Vassau, founders of the Clatskanie-based farm, are passionate about respecting and fostering the health of the land, the animals they care for and the people who eat their food. They use a pasture-based, rotational grazing system for their heritage breed pigs. They strive to raise animals that have the highest quality of life and in turn, produce healthy, flavorful meat.

Holiday turkey, sides and desserts are available all week long at the deli so you can pick up as much as you’d like while supplies last.
