Café Mam Coffee Talk Oct. 8

Our coffee talk has been rescheduled and will take place at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8. Save the date! Megan Bassett of Café Mam in Eugene plans to give a talk called “The Price of One Cup: What indigenous farmers in Chiapas, Mexico, can teach us about the true cost of our daily cup.” Since 1990, Café Mam is committed to sourcing only organic, fair trade and shade-grown coffee from indigenous cooperatives.
Come learn about sustainable coffee, taste some samples and enter a raffle to win one pound of Royal Espresso! Those who already entered in the raffle during the Sept. 19 coffee tasting are encouraged to put in a second entry at this event.
