Coffee Tasting and Talk

Join us at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19 for a coffee tasting and talk at the co-op! Megan Bassett of Café Mam in Eugene plans to give a talk called “The Price of One Cup: What indigenous farmers in Chiapas, Mexico, can teach us about the true cost of our daily cup.” Since 1990, Café Mam has been committed to sourcing only organic, fair trade and shade-grown coffee from indigenous cooperatives. Come learn about sustainable coffee, taste some samples and enter a raffle to win a pound of Royal Espresso!
